The chef, food shopping, meal preparation & meal service are included in the rental rate, but the cost of the ingredients, food and drinks the guests' responsibility.

Carlos & his crew warmly welcomed us and treated us to a tour & all of us were blown away by the home & the views – every BR, the decks, pool area, and dining area EACH had magnificent views of the bay. We had a wonderful week enjoying the unmatched service from the entire team. Carlos could not have been more helpful, kind/attentive pretty much every minute we were awake. He attended to every possible detail anyone could have imagined. He was THE BEST & if we decide to return, half of the reason would be him! The meals prepared by Luis were outstanding. They extremely tasty & prepared beautifully. Sam/Gibron made sure the home was in great shape (the grounds were beautiful) & they couldn’t have been happier guys to be around. From entering the villa to when we had to say our goodbyes, the staff was there to always ensure our stay was the best it could be. Danny made amazing meals, Carlos kept the drinks coming, the housekeeping staff, Lucia and Adori, kept the place extremely clean. Don’t forget to order desserts. We always looked foward to dessert. Danny’s homemade keylime pie was fantastic. Great views of the bay, with great sunsets.”
“Staying at Casa Dos Cisnes is an experience everyone should have at least once in their lives! The house is as comfortable as it is luxurious. So much space to enjoy and designed to give everyone a sense of privacy when desired, as well as large common areas to gather. Our party of four couples each enjoyed their own suites. The remaining unused bedroom was the ideal spot for the couples massages that the host helped to arrange. The house staff was wonderful! All were pleasant and genuinely concerned that we enjoyed our stay. The chef prepared meals that were better than anything we could have found in town. The attendant/waiter/bartender/concierge, Carlos, was invaluable. Lucia, Yesica and Daniel kept the house spotless and provided fresh towels, fresh bedding, and light laundry service daily. I definitely recommend this property!”
