Gracious Living spaces

Dining Room

Casa Dos Cisnes’ dining room table, located on the main/ground floor, can be reduced to suit a group of four people, or expand to seat up to 12 people.

Whether guests are looking for a sophisticated and formal dining experience, or more relaxed, family-friendly meals, the dining room awakens the appetite of all for delicious Mexican or international cuisine created by our in-house chef.

Dining Terrace

A covered patio area, adjacent to the dining room, provides a beautiful setting for a traditional Mexican breakfast, cocktails & canapés at sunset, or an intimate dinner for four, always with dramatic views of the Bay.

Living Room

The living room, located on the main floor, is an elegant focal point in the house, an indoor-outdoor setting perfect for gathering for pre-dinner drinks & canapés as the sun sets, or late night conversations; for chillier evenings, the fireplace provides warmth and romance.

Away Room

On the main floor, the cozy library provides a quiet area for reading, working, or an intimate conversation.

Media Room

One floor below the home’s main floor, the airy media room is equipped with a 65-inch flat screen TV, Bose sound system, board games, and comfortable couches. Movie or Monopoly, anyone? The media room provides entertainment options for everyone.

Pool Deck

A solar-panel heated 4 by 5 meter infinity pool, located on the lowest level of the villa, blurs the lines between the water and the waves undulating in the Bay of Banderas, perfect for a heavenly dip while contemplating the panorama.

The spacious deck can fit up to 10 lounge chairs for reading, sunbathing, bird or whale watching, or simply taking in the view.

Pool Terrace, Bar & Grill

A dining table seating up to 10 allows guests to enjoy a relaxing lunch, prepared or grilled by our in-house chef at the pool level.

The nearby covered bar offers the perfect setting for families and friends to gather and chat over snacks & drinks, watch a game on the TV, or observe the blazing sunset with cocktail in hand, after an indulgent day at the pool.
