“Our group of friends have traveled the world together and stayed in some very nice properties. Our group is easygoing, however, can be very particular when it comes to amenities. This property was the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed at. Quiet location just a short/cheap Uber ride to Old Town and Zona Romantica. If you are in good shape, you can walk downhill to the beach or into town. It’s a bit of a steep walk back up, but doable. Felt very safe. The property is impeccable. Everything is in working order including A/C, beautiful plants, and wonderful pool area and workout room. The property allows 10 people and provides lots of space. Five stories of luxury. The pool deck may feel crowded with 10 people, (there were only 5 of us), but the view and poolside bar make up for the smallish pool deck. Lastly, the staff was amazing: Chef Aaron, Butler Carlos, and Housekeeper Lucia. 5-star staff. Amazing food and service. We will be back. Thank you for an amazing experience.”

“From the moment you walk into this property, you are awestruck. You are greeted by JC and a cold beverage, giving you a feeling of coming home. The view of the mountains and bay is stunning from all rooms. The pool and bar area are perfect for your daily fun. We stayed in and ate all but one meal at the villa. The staff took such amazing care of us and created beautiful plates that were photo-worthy each time. There were 8 of us for a girls weekend…. We enjoyed every minute! There is not one criticism. I came back with tighter calves because the stairs are a workout. You’ll be glad though after all that good food and drink. This palace can be for a romantic getaway, friends, a spiritual retreat or just good old R and R. Exquisite and magical, every moment. Thank you so much to all!”

“The home is as perfect as the pictures show! When we arrived at Casa Dos Cisnes the staff was waiting for us- Carlos gave us a detailed tour of the entire house so there was no guessing where anything was. Ruben prepared a fantastic lunch, Lucia was there to help with anything we needed. This was a total 5-star experience- exquisite home and furnishings, mouth-watering meals, the views left nothing to be desired with front row seats to amazing sunsets! We started our days in the reading room with coffee, headed to the gym (tread-milling to the ocean view), then wonderful breakfasts with the view and breeze. The outside bar are was a great retreat from the sun periodically, lunch at the covered outside table, and lounging in the infinity pool or lounge chairs was the best! There was so much room that we could all be together, but also get private time away from the group when needed. The staff was incredible- they took care of every possible ‘want’ we had. I cannot express enough how pleased we were with the staff- such a great group of people! This is a great location for large family gatherings like we had, or for several couples to vacation together. My suggestion for meals is to tell Ruben the type of food you like (shrimp, lobster, steak, Mexican) and then just say ‘You decide on what to do with it’- you will not be disappointed! We will be back!”
“From our arrival in a driving rainstorm, the staff was attentive and concerned for our safety. It was just a preclude to things to come! Carlos our server and bartender was one step a head of us knowing what we wanted and had it before we asked. Ruben the chef prepared gourmet meals, did the shopping and presented us the itemized bill assuring us we were not charged for anything extra. Housekeeping keep our rooms cleaned daily, did not disturb us and cleaned when they knew it was convenient for the guest.”
“Words cannot describe how beautiful Conchas Chinas is. From the moment we booked our stay Nicole was extremely helpful in making sure that everything was taken care of. She communicated with us months before we stayed to make sure we had transportation secured and all questions were answered in a timely manner. She even helped us coordinate a cake delivery with a local bakery! We cannot thank her enough! The house itself was beyond our expectations! The view from the pool was breath taking! We were close to the nightlife to go out but just far away enough to enjoy a quiet evening in. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The food Daniel and Pepe prepared was delicious. Carlos made us feel so comfortable and was able to get us anything we needed. Conchas Chinas was everything we hoped for and more!”
“The house is just as it shows. It had plenty of room for all of us (party of 9). AMAZING views from all levels!! The pool was perfect. The staff is great!! Carlos was available at all times, ready to help with calling for a taxi, dinner reservations…whatever we needed. Ruben has THE BEST Guacamole and Pico de Gallo EVER!!! I miss it so much! He had that prepared for us along with delicious fresh margaritas everyday at 3:00 (usually poolside). The ladies were great about keeping our rooms clean and even did our personal laundry mid stay. “Your property was spectacular. The photos on the site were good but the first glance as we entered the Casa took our breath away!! My guest and I thoroughly enjoyed the space and the service that the staff provided. Your art collection is amazing. I had a few friends by and they too were completely mesmerized by the Casa. Carlos made us feel completely at home and pampered us. Chef Rueben made sure our appetites were satisfied and the housekeeping staff made sure we were wrapped in the lap of luxury and cleanliness. During the last breakfast, the group was discussing how/when we could visit this lovely property again. “Everything about our stay at Casa Dos Cisnes was spectacular. The house is even better than the pictures. The detailing in this house is amazing. The staff was beyond great. The food that Reuben and Nancy prepared for us was delicious. It could not have been better. They were so accommodating, especially since we had a few that had either food allergies or vegan, etc. They were also the nicest people. And Carlos!!! He took care of us like no other. Every wish or want he was there to help and making it happen. Best beds I have ever stayed in. Just sank into them. The views were incredible. You do not need to look anywhere else. THIS IS IT!!! Nicole also answered all of our questions, gave us ideas for things to do, set up Covid tests in the house. Seriously, one of the most incredible vacations I have ever had and I travel a lot. “We had the best stay at Casa dos Cisnes! The villa is spectacular in every way – views, staff, comfort, and more. Nicole was more than helpful to arrange so many things, including airport transportation and our massages and COVID-19 tests done at the villa. During the pandemic it was reassuring to stay put and not have to venture into town if possible. We ate most meals there too as the food was delicious with a large menu to choose from. Carlos was an absolute joy, making us drinks and chips & guacamole ‘on demand’ and anything else we might need. We were a group that enjoyed interacting with the staff, laughing lots and chatting about most anything, so the staff were a big part of our overall great experience. The rooms were larger than what they looked like in the photos and the beds very comfortable with quality linens. This is definitely someplace we would stay at again and again, as would the others who came along!”
“This was an absolutely wonderful house, the staff and the views made it a trip we will always remember. Carlos who took care of us all week made sure we were never without a drink in our hands or making sure we weren’t hungry. Chef Reuben prepared wonderful meals all week long that made it seem like you were eating at a restaurant and not your house. Lucia and the cleaning staff kept the house spotless all week long. Every level of the house came with wide sweeping beautiful views of Pierre Vallarta and the pool area and bar was perfect. As far as getting into town Carlos would always arrange our transportation so it was easy to go anywhere we wanted. It was an unforgettable trip and you know it’s amazing when you are already planning your next trip back before you even get home.”
“Our extended family group visited Casa Dos Cisnes in the Conchas Chinas neighborhood of Puerto Vallarta in April of 2021. We all had an absolutely amazing time and we highly recommend Casa Dos Cisnes as a vacation destination for anyone who wants to relax and feel pampered while enjoying the spectacular views of the Bay of Banderas. The villa was absolutely stunning in every way; the architecture, the elegant decor and the sweeping views all contributed to a feel of luxury and beauty. There was plenty of space for all nine of us to spread out and relax, yet we also enjoyed the intimacy and coziness of the common areas in which we gathered. The breakfast nook off of the formal dining area was our favorite spot to enjoy our morning coffee and the poolside bar became our favorite area to gather for Happy Hour each evening. The entire staff was incredible; Carlos met all of our needs to perfection, from serving up cocktails upon request to scheduling massages and Uber rides to town to blending up countless Miami Vice slushy drinks for our teenagers. He made it a priority to ensure that our stay was enjoyable and carefree. Ruben made us the most delicious meals, and he even happily accommodated the requests of our younger picky eaters. All the while, Lucia kept the villa sparkling and beautiful, and she was always so sweet and friendly. It was truly an amazing experience and we’ve all agreed that we would be thrilled to visit Casa Dos Cisnes again in the future. In addition, Nicole, the property contact, offered expert guidance in the planning process of the trip. She was always very timely and helpful in providing information and answering our questions. “My wife was completely overwhelmed (I had kept this a huge secret for the last several months). We celebrated Debbie’s (my wife) remission of cancer for 5 years! Who knew how much we needed a break from the Covid crisis? The home and grounds and the Puerto Vallarta landscape defy the proper words for an accurate description. Clean, safe, gorgeous, relaxing, astounding are all insufficient. The staff is the heart of the home with chef who is an expert in the culinary arts! His creations are beautiful and bursting with flavor. Carlos is the concierge and our server for all the wonderful things that came out of the kitchen or bar. He makes great margaritas! Lucia kept our clothes laundered and our rooms in perfect order. She is lightening fast and rarely seen but her smile lights up the rooms! Every need (i.e. toothbrush left behind, constant ice water for hydration, your favorite music or mixed drink or smoothie) is anticipated and granted. Dolphins were sighted in the bay and fireworks at night seemed to be made just for us! Casa dos Cisnes is THE most elegant yet comfortable villa we have ever stayed in with priceless artwork and furnishings. The pool was refreshing after our walks and the chips with guacamole/salsa were wonderful every day. Debbie had a great massage as I spent my time with a relaxing read. The WiFi is exceptional and there are enough TV’s to satisfy anyone with Netflix and satellite reliability. The Bose music system can also keep you entertained throughout the 10,000 square feet of living space. The gardens and plants provide many opportunities for photos and are kept healthy by the talents of the excellent gardener, Raymundo. We can’t thank Nicole enough for EVERY prompt response to our many questions. She helped my wife recover her iPhone we left in the taxi! Pure seamless efficiency every step of the way! Thank you all for the vacation of a lifetime in an Eden-like setting. We made new friends and are hearts remain with the incredible Mario, Carlos, Lucia and Raymundo in beautiful Puerto Vallarta!“

“Our stay at Casa Dos Cisnes greatly exceeded our expectations- and our expectations were high! The Casa doesn’t show as a rental property- it’s an Owner property that happens to be rented occasionally- the Casa’s artwork, furniture/fixtures and the Spanish architecture were exceptional and impressive. However, the best part of the vacation was the house staff. There are three “live in” staff- chef, “butler” and maid- that cater to your every whim. Chef Mario was so good we only ate one dinner “off campus”- I miss the full breakfasts that he would whip up every morning. Lastly, the views of Bandaras Bay and the coastline are spectacular- the web site pictures don’t do the property justice. So, if you want to live in the lap of luxury for a week or so, this is the place!”
“My family of 9 stayed recently at Casa Dos Cisnes. It was an unforgettable experience, and one that felt classic, ageless, timeless. There was nothing trendy or hip about the place — indeed, staying at Casa Dos Cisnes in 2018 was likely very similar to staying there at the turn of the 20th century. The physical build of the villa was all tile, wood, stone, glass; the food was traditional, authentic, and flavorful; the views of the Bahía de las Banderas were timeless; and the superb service from Mario the chef, Pepe the house manager, and Lucilla the housekeeper were incomparable.”
“If you think the pictures look great, they hardly tell the story! Unbelievably beautiful house with 5 wonderful bedrooms and 4 full baths. You couldn’t find more spectacular and yet comfortable surroundings. But the best part of all is the awesome staff of three. Israel, the cook, dazzled us with meal after meal. We ate in town a couple of times but all agreed it was much more fun and delicious at the Villa. Brandon, butler/bartender waited on us 24/7 and Ilena kept the house clean and spotless. The Villa is only a $6-8 cab ride to town so in a perfect location. We were pleasantly surprised how clean Puerto Vallarta has become. Several had been before but many years before and they have worked hard to upgrade it. It shows! Book this house now – you’ll thank me!! PS The chile rellenos for dinner were the favorite!”
