“Our extended family group visited Casa Dos Cisnes in the Conchas Chinas neighborhood of Puerto Vallarta in April of 2021. We all had an absolutely amazing time and we highly recommend Casa Dos Cisnes as a vacation destination for anyone who wants to relax and feel pampered while enjoying the spectacular views of the Bay of Banderas. The villa was absolutely stunning in every way; the architecture, the elegant decor and the sweeping views all contributed to a feel of luxury and beauty. There was plenty of space for all nine of us to spread out and relax, yet we also enjoyed the intimacy and coziness of the common areas in which we gathered. The breakfast nook off of the formal dining area was our favorite spot to enjoy our morning coffee and the poolside bar became our favorite area to gather for Happy Hour each evening. The entire staff was incredible; Carlos met all of our needs to perfection, from serving up cocktails upon request to scheduling massages and Uber rides to town to blending up countless Miami Vice slushy drinks for our teenagers. He made it a priority to ensure that our stay was enjoyable and carefree. Ruben made us the most delicious meals, and he even happily accommodated the requests of our younger picky eaters. All the while, Lucia kept the villa sparkling and beautiful, and she was always so sweet and friendly. It was truly an amazing experience and we’ve all agreed that we would be thrilled to visit Casa Dos Cisnes again in the future. In addition, Nicole, the property contact, offered expert guidance in the planning process of the trip. She was always very timely and helpful in providing information and answering our questions. The entire process from beginning to end was seamless. We can’t wait to return!“
